I hereby affirm that the particulars and information given are true and correct, that I have not knowingly withheld any fact or circumstance which would if disclosed affects my application unfavorably. In the event of my appointment, I shall comply with all orders, rules and regulations of the company, while in the employment of the company:

1. In addition to specific terms and conditions attaching to my appointment, the acceptance of employment by me in the company shall be deemed to include my acceptance to abide by the provisions of the Standing Orders and the Rules whether Model or Certified.
2. That whole of my time shall be at the disposal of the Company and I shall serve the Company in its business in such a capacity and at such place and time as I may from time to time, be directed.
3. I shall maintain the strictest secrecy regarding the operational process/salary and shall not divulge directly or indirectly any information of confidential nature either to a member of the public or to any other employee unless compelled to do so by a judicial or administrative authority or with the permission in writing of the Company’s Manager.
4. I understand and agree that company may, at its own discretion, undertake verification of information and documents submitted by me or conduct the background verification check by approaching the references provided by me, the government authorities including police as well as the previous/present employers and the educational institutes with whom I have been associated. Accordingly, I hereby provide my unconditional consent to company:
   1. To appoint any external agency for conducting the verification of information and documents submitted by me or conduct the background verification check.
   2. To contact the references provided by me, the government authorities including police as well as the previous/present employers and the educational institutes with whom I have been associated and share my personal information, including educational and financial information with them for verification purposes.
   3. To verify my credit history from TransUnion CIBIL Limited or any other credit information company registered with Reserve Bank of India.
   4. To verify my identity and address details through Aadhaar database maintained by Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) either directly or through entities authorized by UIDAI.
   5. To provide complete support and documentation, where needed, to enable company and/or its agents to perform all actions needed for the purpose of verification of information and documentations provided in the course of the application for employment.
5. I further agree that I shall not raise any objection if the aforesaid references, or the previous/present employers, or the educational institutes, as the case may be, share any document or information, relevant to me, with company. I understand and agree that the aforesaid verification of my personal information is not the sole criteria for the employment with company and neither creates any promise nor guarantees the employment with company.
6. I understand and accept that in an event any information provided by me is found to be false/incorrect or any document provided by me is found to be forged, company has the absolute right to reject my application for employment, or terminate my employment with company, with immediate effect and I shall not be entitled to any compensation or damages in lieu of such rejection or termination, as the case may be.
